Automatic Mechanical Watch Using Methods and Notices:

Automatic mechanical watch’s momentum comes from the wearer’s arm movement, so wear under normal circumstances (wearing 8 hours) don’t need hand winding. Only when the wearer couldn’t provide enough momentum then need hand winding. And pls do not turn clockwise beyond 20 times. For the first time use or when you haven’t wore it more than 40 hours , you need to turn clockwise 20 times when wear it again to make the initial winding or restart movement drive system.
