These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the i50U website, applications, marketplace, social features, vendor stores, advertising services, booking services, wallet-related functionality, and other products and services made available by i50U LLC (“i50U,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

i50U is a digital marketplace and social platform designed to connect individuals, consumers, vendors, sellers, businesses, advertisers, service providers, and communities.
Depending on availability and your location, i50U may provide features including:

3. Acceptance of These Terms
By using i50U, you agree to comply with:

Our Privacy Policy;
Any applicable Seller Terms;
Any applicable Advertising Terms;
Any applicable Booking or Service Terms;
Any applicable Wallet or Payment Terms;
Any additional terms presented to you when you use a particular i50U service; and
Applicable laws and regulations.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific agreement will control for that particular service to the extent of the conflict.
4. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum legal age and other eligibility requirements applicable to your use of i50U.
If you are under the age required to legally enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use i50U only where permitted by applicable law and with appropriate involvement or authorization from a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
If you create an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
5. Your i50U Account
Certain features require registration for an account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and current information;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
Protecting your account;
All activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law;
Updating your information when necessary; and
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or improperly provide access to your account unless expressly permitted by i50U.
We may require additional verification information when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, comply with applicable law, or operate marketplace and payment-related services.
6. Marketplace Services
i50U operates a marketplace that may allow independent third-party sellers and businesses to offer products or services to buyers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, i50U is not the manufacturer, owner, seller, distributor, or provider of products or services offered by independent third-party sellers.
A transaction between a buyer and a third-party seller may create a separate contractual relationship between those parties.
The applicable seller is generally responsible for:
The accuracy of product descriptions;
Product condition;
Product availability;
Pricing;
Fulfillment;
Shipping;
Delivery;
Returns and exchanges where applicable;
Warranties offered by the seller;
Compliance of products with applicable law; and
Other seller obligations associated with the transaction.
i50U may provide the technology and marketplace infrastructure through which such transactions occur.
7. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are complete, accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
Listings may include information such as:
We may remove, restrict, modify, or suspend listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, marketplace policies, or our safety requirements.
8. Prohibited Products and Activities
You may not use i50U to sell, advertise, distribute, promote, or facilitate transactions involving products or services that are illegal or prohibited by applicable law or our policies.
Prohibited activities may include, without limitation:
Fraudulent transactions;
Counterfeit goods;
Stolen property;
Illegal drugs;
Unlawful weapons or prohibited weapons;
Products or services that violate applicable law;
Fraudulent financial activity;
Money laundering;
Terrorist financing;
Identity theft;
Phishing;
Malware or malicious software;
Sex trafficking or exploitation;
Child sexual exploitation material;
Unauthorized financial services;
Products infringing intellectual-property rights;
Misleading or deceptive commercial activity; and
Other unlawful or harmful activities.
We may remove listings, suspend accounts, cancel transactions, or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
9. Buyer Responsibilities
When purchasing through i50U, you agree to:
Review product and seller information before purchasing;
Provide accurate delivery and billing information;
Pay applicable charges;
Use lawful payment methods;
Follow applicable purchase and return requirements;
Not engage in fraudulent transactions; and
Not abuse refunds, chargebacks, promotions, or marketplace protections.
You are responsible for reviewing the information associated with an order before completing the transaction.
10. Seller Responsibilities
If you sell through i50U, you agree that you will:
Provide truthful and accurate information;
Maintain accurate product listings;
Sell only lawful products and services;
Comply with applicable consumer-protection laws;
Honor applicable orders;
Fulfill orders within stated timeframes;
Provide accurate shipping and delivery information;
Handle applicable returns and refunds;
Respect intellectual-property rights;
Maintain any licenses or permits required for your activities;
Pay taxes and fees for which you are responsible; and
Comply with applicable i50U seller policies.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products and business activities comply with applicable federal, state, local, and international laws.
Where applicable, marketplace facilitator rules may impose tax collection and remittance obligations on marketplace operators. Kansas law specifically addresses marketplace facilitators and marketplace sellers. K Kansas Legislature+1
11. Taxes
Prices displayed through i50U may not always include all applicable taxes, fees, shipping charges, or other costs unless expressly stated.
Applicable sales, use, lodging, or other taxes may be calculated and collected where required by law.
Depending on the transaction, i50U, a seller, or another party may have responsibility for applicable tax collection, reporting, or remittance.
Sellers remain responsible for their own tax obligations except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Orders and Transactions
An order submitted through i50U does not necessarily constitute acceptance by the seller or i50U.
Orders may be declined, cancelled, or limited for reasons including:
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, applicable amounts may be refunded according to the applicable transaction and refund policy.
13. Payments
Payments may be processed through i50U, third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or other payment providers.
You authorize applicable payment providers to process transactions associated with your purchases or other authorized activities.
You agree not to use payment methods that you are not authorized to use.
We may delay, restrict, reverse, or hold transactions where reasonably necessary to:
Prevent fraud;
Investigate suspicious activity;
Comply with applicable law;
Resolve disputes;
Protect users;
Protect i50U; or
Comply with payment-provider requirements.
Additional payment terms may apply to specific payment services.
14. i50U Wallet
i50U may provide wallet-related functionality through the platform.
Wallet functionality may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, verification requirements, transaction limits, fees, third-party financial-service providers, and applicable laws.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an i50U wallet is not a bank account and i50U LLC is not a bank or financial institution merely because wallet functionality is available through the platform.
Where wallet or payment services are provided by a regulated third party, that provider’s terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Users must not use wallet functionality for unlawful transactions, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or other prohibited activity.
We may restrict or suspend wallet functionality when necessary to comply with applicable law, payment-provider requirements, security requirements, or these Terms.
15. Booking and Travel Services
i50U may provide booking, travel, accommodation, transportation, appointment, or other reservation-related services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, i50U may act as a technology platform or intermediary connecting users with independent providers.
The actual provider may be responsible for:
The accuracy of the service description;
Availability;
Pricing;
Cancellation terms;
Delivery of the booked service;
Refunds;
Service quality; and
Other provider obligations.
Additional booking-specific terms may apply to each reservation.
Users should carefully review cancellation, refund, availability, and provider terms before completing a booking.
16. Advertising Services
i50U may allow businesses, vendors, and other eligible users to purchase or create advertisements.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that advertisements:
Are accurate;
Do not contain deceptive claims;
Comply with applicable advertising laws;
Do not infringe third-party rights;
Do not promote prohibited products or services; and
Comply with i50U advertising policies.
We may reject, remove, limit, or modify advertisements that violate these Terms, our advertising policies, or applicable law.
Payment for advertising does not guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, impressions, leads, sales, or other results.
17. User-Generated Content
i50U may allow users to post, upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available content including:
Text;
Photos;
Videos;
Reviews;
Product listings;
Stories;
Comments;
Messages;
Business information;
Advertisements;
Group content; and
Other materials.
You retain ownership of content that you own.
However, by submitting content to i50U, you grant i50U a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, promote, and provide the i50U services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and grant this license.
18. Content Standards
You may not post or transmit content that:
Is unlawful;
Is fraudulent or deceptive;
Infringes intellectual-property rights;
Infringes privacy or publicity rights;
Contains malware or malicious code;
Promotes illegal activity;
Contains child sexual exploitation material;
Facilitates terrorism or violent criminal activity;
Harasses, threatens, or stalks others;
Impersonates another person or organization;
Contains materially false commercial information;
Is designed to scam or defraud users; or
Otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may remove or restrict content that violates these requirements.
19. Intellectual Property
The i50U platform and its original content, features, design, branding, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to i50U LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
Copy or reproduce i50U materials;
Modify or create derivative works;
Reverse engineer the platform;
Scrape or systematically extract data;
Sell or redistribute platform content;
Use i50U trademarks without permission;
Use automated systems to access the platform in violation of our policies; or
Interfere with the operation of the platform.
i50U , the i50U name, logos, designs, and associated branding are property of i50U LLC or their respective owners.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
i50U may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, merchants, booking providers, advertisers, or other services.
Third-party services are generally governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
i50U does not necessarily control or endorse third-party services.
Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and may create a direct relationship between you and the third-party provider.
21. Privacy
Your use of i50U is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
You should review the Privacy Policy before using i50U.
22. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to some or all i50U services where reasonably necessary, including when:
You violate these Terms;
You violate applicable law;
Your activity creates security risks;
Your account is associated with fraud;
You provide materially false information;
Your activity harms other users or i50U;
Required by a legal or regulatory authority; or
Necessary to protect the platform or its users.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
23. Account Closure by You
You may request closure of your i50U account, subject to any outstanding transactions, legal obligations, investigations, payment disputes, or other legitimate requirements.
Certain information may need to be retained after account closure where required by law, necessary for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or other lawful purposes.
24. Disputes Between Users
i50U provides a platform that may connect buyers, sellers, advertisers, service providers, and other users.
Unless i50U expressly agrees otherwise, disputes between independent users or businesses—including disputes concerning products, services, delivery, quality, payment, refunds, or representations—are primarily disputes between those parties.
We may provide tools or assistance for resolving disputes, but we do not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved through the platform.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
25. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and chargebacks may be governed by:
The seller’s stated policy;
The applicable product or service terms;
i50U marketplace policies;
Payment-provider rules;
Applicable law; and
Any applicable booking-specific terms.
You should review the applicable policy before completing a transaction.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
26. Consumer Protection
i50U is committed to complying with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
We will not knowingly use these Terms to waive rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Where mandatory consumer-protection rights apply to you, those rights remain applicable notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of these Terms.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i50U provides the platform and its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The platform will always be available;
The platform will be uninterrupted;
The platform will be error-free;
Listings will always be accurate;
Products or services offered by third parties will meet your expectations;
Sellers will complete transactions;
Advertisements will achieve specific results;
Bookings will remain available;
Third-party services will remain available; or
The platform will be free from security vulnerabilities.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i50U LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
This may include, to the extent permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i50U’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the services will be limited to the greater of:
The amount you paid directly to i50U for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
US$100.00.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless i50U LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your misuse of the platform;
Your content;
Your products or services;
Your advertisements;
Your infringement of third-party rights; or
Your transactions with other users.
This provision does not require indemnification to the extent caused by i50U’s own conduct where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.
30. Changes to the Platform
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of i50U.
We may also change pricing, fees, functionality, technical requirements, or availability of particular services.
We will provide notices where required by applicable law.
Continued use of i50U after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
31. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the platform, email, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will identify the effective date.
Your continued use of i50U after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
32. Electronic Communications
By using i50U, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us where permitted by law.
These communications may include:
Account notifications;
Transaction confirmations;
Security alerts;
Service announcements;
Policy updates;
Support communications; and
Other operational communications.
You may manage certain marketing communications through available settings or unsubscribe mechanisms.
Transactional and legally required communications may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications.
33. Fraud and Security
We take platform security seriously.
You agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access;
Circumvent security controls;
Introduce malicious code;
Interfere with platform infrastructure;
Conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing;
Scrape the platform in violation of applicable rules;
Create fraudulent accounts;
Use stolen credentials;
Manipulate transactions; or
Engage in other activity intended to compromise the platform.
We may investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with appropriate authorities where legally required or permitted.
34. International Use
i50U LLC is a company registered in the United States, in the State of Kansas.
The i50U platform may be accessible internationally.
However, availability of products, services, payments, booking, wallet functionality, advertising features, and other services may vary by jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws in the jurisdiction from which they access or use i50U.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes conduct that is unlawful in the user’s jurisdiction.
35. Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use i50U in violation of applicable U.S. sanctions, export-control laws, or other applicable trade restrictions.
You represent that you will not use the platform for prohibited transactions or on behalf of persons or entities subject to applicable restrictions.
We may restrict transactions or accounts where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.
36. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of i50U are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable federal laws of the United States , without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply to you.
37. Dispute Resolution
We encourage users to contact i50U first to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
Before filing a legal claim, you should contact us at:

and provide:
Your name;
Account information, if applicable;
A description of the dispute;
Relevant transaction information; and
The resolution you are seeking.
We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to legitimate disputes.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
38. Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes that are not subject to mandatory consumer dispute-resolution rules or another legally required forum shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kansas.
Nothing in this section is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory right to bring a claim in another forum where applicable law grants that right.
39. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
A waiver must be expressly made to be effective.
40. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable policies and additional service-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and i50U concerning your use of the applicable services.
They supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter, except where a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
42. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
i50U may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or similar transaction.
43. No Agency Relationship
Your use of i50U does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and i50U LLC.
Sellers, advertisers, service providers, and other independent users are not automatically employees, agents, or representatives of i50U.
44. Marketplace Relationship
i50U may provide technology and infrastructure that enables buyers and sellers to connect.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
i50U is not the seller of products offered by independent third-party sellers.
Sellers remain responsible for their products, representations, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws.
i50U may facilitate transactions and perform functions associated with operating a marketplace, including listing, payment processing, advertising, communications, or other marketplace services.

47. Final Agreement
By accessing or using i50U, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms and agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the i50U platform.
